What makes us different
Our innovative combination of the way we do business and how we charge for our services sets us apart from our competitors.

Our enthusiasm, approachability and commitment to getting to know our clients and their businesses are the corner stones of the practice. We recognise that clients have individual and often unique needs. We spend time with our clients (at our own expense) to learn more about what they do and what they want to achieve. Understanding a client's business enables us to structure our approach to meet their ambitions and allows us the opportunity to build strong long-term relationships.

We are imaginative in our approach to solving problems, but at the same time, we concentrate on giving our advice in straightforward everyday language. We appreciate that speed of response is often essential, together with the need to ensure our advice reflects the practicalities and objectives of real business.

We work in partnership with our clients to help them obtain the required outcome. We discuss the issues surrounding the available options, in particular any time constraints and the commercial or legal risks involved with a particular strategy. We know that clients like clear, frank and decisive guidance so we do not sit on the fence when giving our advice.

We aim to be more than just fire-fighters. We can do more than just react to client problems. We believe 'fire prevention' is just as important as reacting swiftly to a client's crisis. Our preventative work includes providing clients with pro-active advice and guidance via regular updates, in-house training, seminars and workshops. In this way we help clients to keep themselves informed of key employment law and hr developments.
